She leads the Women in Batteries program through the Volta Foundation, an organization connecting over 75,000 battery industry experts. Passionate about supporting the next generation, she helps young engineers and students navigate career growth and technical challenges. Through her involvement in STEM mentorship, she empowers local high-school children to pursue careers in engineering.
